What We Provide

Youth Center (RYC)

There is no silver bullet to success. It takes a village of people, a safe environment, and unique experiences to level the playing field for all kids. Rembert Youth Center does just that!! Rembert Youth Center don't just do one thing, we do whatever it takes to build great futures for our young people. We do homework assistant, tutoring, school visits and so much more.

Food Bank

RACC established the Food Pantry in 2004 from The Rembert Post Office mailbox drive, where residents would donate can goods through putting them in bags at their mailboxes for carriers to pick them up and bring them back to the Post Office for distribution. Eventually RACC put in place our own pantry to assist those in needs.

Home Health

A Place for Mom Home Care Services, we understand the unique challenges and needs faced by seniors and their families. Our mission is to provide compassionate, personalized in-home care that allows your loved ones to maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Our Mission

Encourage the residents of Rembert, South Carolina to, effectively, work together to build a thriving township.

Our Vision

Transform Rembert, South Carolina into an Economically, Prosperous, and Self-Sufficient Township, where residents Live, Learn, Work, Shop and Play.

Car Wash

The Rembert Car Wash was obtained by the Rembert Area Community Center in 2009. The Car wash provides a need to those in our community but also customers passing through our town on their way to interstate 20 or Camden, SC! Here at RACC, we focus on maintaining and keeping our facility clean.  We try to give our customers a superior car wash experience with a better and cleaner product out of our wash bay. We also try to give our customers a well-landscaped lot with an attraction that any community would be proud of.  At RACC, giving back is extremely important to us. That is why 100% of our profit goes back into the coalition to help fund our Youth Center and Food Pantry.

Food Pantry

RACC provides food crisis relief services to families in need from Sumter, Kershaw and Lee County. In order to receive food, the resident must live in Sumter, Kershaw or Lee County. They must also know the names of everyone in their household. Residents can come between the hours of 10am – 4pm to receive food.

Youth Center

When serving and supporting our young people, we infuse the principles of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to build welcoming, safe places where all belong. Our Youth Center was established 2001 once we realized there was an extra educational need in our community. Our after-school program assists with homework assistant & tutoring. We also prepare afternoon snacks, physical activities and games to encourage healthy eating and lifestyles.
